At the same time, the entry of new investors opens up new opportunities for the future. Comet Software, based in Paris, connects companies across Europe with specialized software applications to leverage synergies in software development and drive innovation at a rapid pace. With additional resources and strategic support, we can now further develop our company in a targeted manner. This includes, among other things, investments in new technologies, the expansion of our product and service offerings, and an even stronger focus on innovation and long-term stability. Our goal is to continue offering you solutions that are technologically leading and, at the same time, practical.
As part of this change, the company’s management has also been restructured. Christoph Pfänder has assumed the role of CEO and will be responsible for the future development of our company. Mr. Pfänder has been involved in AND’s management for quite some time. With his training as a software specialist, his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and his diverse professional experience—including stints at Fujitsu and BMW—he brings all the necessary expertise to take AND Solution GmbH to the next level of its success story.
