AND CommunityBB

ANDhosted: AND CommunityBB – Broadband for communities

In addition to the classic ANDhosted we also offer a solution for community networks based on the same platform.

ANDcommunityBB provides you with a very convenient means of deploying the AND SystemSolution for the design of community broadband networks as well as their continued maintenance and evolution. This of course can help generate a steady income stream.

AND CommunityBB and ANDhosted stand for a multi-server architecture hosted in the cloud, consisting of clients, application server, license server, and Oracle™ database. Backups, security and maintenance are included.

With this package your own IT expenses for the application are almost completely eliminated. Since AND clients are accessed via Citrix, all you need is a stable Internet connection, workstations with suitable monitors, and mobile devices for the field service.

With ANDcommunityBB you are responsible for network design. The communities in turn are able to view their own (and only their own) networks via AND WebAccess. This also enables them to remain actively involved with their networks providing you redlining corrections, requesting network changes such as connection of additional houses, and even uploading relevant documents such as photos, video clips, building permits, etc.

Through ANDcommunityBB you have a very affordable means of tapping into the world of AND to provide your clients with life-cycle services including initial concept, network design, documentation, and operations support.

For each community network there is a sign-on fee, an annual project fee, as well as a fee per planned / documented connection, e.g. ONT.

For each AND client license, in addition to an annual usage fee, there is a once-only fee plus an annual cloud-usage fee.
